Tomorrow at a glance

Each evening, tomorrow’s meetings, what each one is about, and what to send or bring before it starts.

Tomorrow at a glance
Daily · 6:00 PMDelivered to your inbox
Every evening at 6:00, lay out tomorrow from my calendar. List tomorrow’s meetings in time order. For each, give one line on what it’s about and note anything I should prep, send, or bring beforehand. Use web search for a quick read on any outside people or companies I’m meeting. If tomorrow is clear, tell me so I can plan around it. Format the email like this: # Tomorrow — {weekday, Month Day} ## Schedule ### {Start time} — {Meeting title} **What it’s about:** {one line} **Prep:** {what to prep, send, or bring, or “Nothing to prep” if clear} **Who:** {one line on any outside person or company from web search, if relevant} ### {Start time} — {Meeting title} **What it’s about:** {one line} **Prep:** {one line} **Who:** {one line, if relevant} ## Heads up {One or two things that need action tonight or first thing, or omit this section if there’s nothing.} List meetings in time order, one block each. If tomorrow has no meetings, skip the schedule blocks and write a single line under a ## Tomorrow is clear header so I can plan around the open day.

Built a scheduled task you would miss? Send it our way.

The best scheduled tasks come from the people who actually run them. A morning digest, a gift reminder, a weekly review, a market watch, anything you would notice if it stopped. We would love to add it to the library with your name on it.

Email us a short description of what it does, when it runs, and what you would call it. We will take it from there.
