Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever, and the 14-day Pro trial doesn't ask for a card. You only add billing if you decide to keep Pro.

What happens when my Pro trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card to start. When the trial ends, add billing to keep Pro or stay on the Free plan. You won't lose access to your account either way.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like, and you'll keep Pro through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Does Deck read my inbox?

No. Deck only sees what you forward or CC it on. It never connects to your mailbox, never reads your sent folder, and never sees anything you haven't sent its way.

Will Deck email my clients or teammates for me?

No. Replies always come back to you and only you. Even when you CC Deck on a thread with other people, it writes back to you alone, never to the rest of the thread.

Which email providers does it work with?

Any of them. Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, your work address. You forward or CC from wherever you already read email, with no app to install and no plugin to add.

How long does setup take?
