Every Monday at 9:00, look ten days ahead on my calendar for birthdays, anniversaries, and occasions.
For each one, give a heads-up with the date and two gift ideas tuned to that person and a sensible budget. If the calendar event has notes about what they like, use them.
Format the email like this:
# Occasions in the next 10 days
One line on how many occasions are coming up.
## {Person} — {Occasion} on {date}
**In:** {number} days
- **{Gift idea one}** — {one line on why it fits, rough price}
- **{Gift idea two}** — {one line on why it fits, rough price}
Repeat the same block for each occasion, ordered by soonest date first.
If nothing is coming up in the next ten days, skip the sections and send just:
# No occasions in the next 10 days
Nothing on the calendar to plan for right now.
