School week prep
Turn school calendars, handouts, and family events into one Sunday preparation list.
School week prep
Weekly · Sunday, 6:00 PMDelivered to your inbox
Every Sunday evening, read the school Project I select and my calendar for the next seven days. Send me one preparation brief for the school week.
Pull out dated items such as spirit days, forms, practices, performances, deadlines, and days off. Match them against calendar events where possible. Then make a short preparation list grouped into things to pack, things to sign or submit, and schedule changes to notice. Each run is a fresh review of the current files and calendar.
Format the email like this:
# School week prep — {date range}
## Dates to know
- **{Day}** — {event or deadline} · {source file or calendar context}
## Get ready
**Pack**
- {item}
**Sign or submit**
- {form or deadline}
**Schedule changes**
- {early dismissal, practice, day off, or handoff}
Only include a heading when the source material gives you something concrete to put under it.

Built a scheduled task you would miss? Send it our way.
The best scheduled tasks come from the people who actually run them. A morning digest, a gift reminder, a weekly review, a market watch, anything you would notice if it stopped. We would love to add it to the library with your name on it.
Email us a short description of what it does, when it runs, and what you would call it. We will take it from there.
