Morning brief
Your day on one page: the weather, what’s on your calendar, and three headlines worth your time.
Morning brief
Daily · 7:00 AMDelivered to your inbox
Every morning at 7:00, send me a short email to start the day. My city: [your city]. Topics I follow: [list a few topics].
Include:
1. Today’s weather in [your city], in one line.
2. My calendar for the day in time order, with a few words on what each thing is.
3. Three headlines worth my time on the topics above, each with a one-line why-it-matters.
Keep the whole thing to one screen. Lead with the most useful thing. If a section has nothing in it, skip the section rather than padding.
Format the email like this:
# {Today’s date}
## Weather
{One line: conditions, high/low, anything worth dressing for.}
## Calendar
- **{Start time}** — {Event} — {a few words on what it is}
- **{Start time}** — {Event} — {a few words on what it is}
## Headlines

Built a scheduled task you would miss? Send it our way.
The best scheduled tasks come from the people who actually run them. A morning digest, a gift reminder, a weekly review, a market watch, anything you would notice if it stopped. We would love to add it to the library with your name on it.
Email us a short description of what it does, when it runs, and what you would call it. We will take it from there.
