Every Friday, pull the latest customer reference-call notes from Granola and synthesize them:
1. READ each transcript end-to-end.
2. EXTRACT the themes that come up across multiple calls: product strengths, competitive losses, switching costs, NPS-equivalent sentiment.
3. WEIGH signal strength: count of references citing each theme, and how pointed the language is.
4. DELIVER a one-page verdict: where the company stands strong, where it’s vulnerable, what’s still unclear.
5. APPEND an open-question list for follow-up references.
Quote, don’t paraphrase, when a customer says something pointed. Note transcript timestamps for every quote.
