Course study guide

Turn the material in a course project into a focused weekly guide with questions to test what stuck.

Course study guide
Weekly · Sunday, 6:00 PMDelivered to your inbox
Every Sunday evening, read the files and notes in the course project I select: [course name]. Build a study guide for the week ahead using only that material. Organize the central ideas in a useful learning order, explain the connections between them, and call out definitions, formulas, dates, or examples worth remembering. Finish with five practice questions and place the answer key at the bottom so I can try them first. If the project covers several units, prioritize the material most relevant to [next class, assignment, or exam]. Format the email like this: # {Course} study guide — week of {date} ## What to understand - **{Concept}** — {plain-English explanation and why it matters} ## Connections to make - {How two ideas, readings, or examples relate} ## What to remember - {Definition, formula, date, quotation, or example} ## Practice questions 1. {Question} ## Answer key 1. {Answer} Stay grounded in the selected project. If the files do not support an answer, say what is missing rather than filling the gap from memory.

What lands in your inbox

These power the task behind the scenes. Web Search needs nothing to connect. You can add or remove any of them when you set it up.

Built a scheduled task you would miss? Send it our way.

The best scheduled tasks come from the people who actually run them. A morning digest, a gift reminder, a weekly review, a market watch, anything you would notice if it stopped. We would love to add it to the library with your name on it.

Email us a short description of what it does, when it runs, and what you would call it. We will take it from there.
