Every Friday at 4:30 PM, for each competitor I name ([list competitors here]):
1. SCAN the past 7 days for competitor activity: financings, executive moves, product launches, pricing changes, customer announcements, regulatory filings, headcount inflections.
2. CLASSIFY each move: defensive, offensive, structural, or noise.
3. WEIGH implication for any of the firm’s active deals or portcos sharing the same buyer / seller / customer footprint.
4. RANK the week’s moves by relevance to the firm.
5. DELIVER a competitor-by-competitor brief, leading with the strongest implication.
Cite every claim with a primary source. If a week is quiet for a competitor, say so rather than pad.
